Abstract: Purpose of this communication is to report on the present status of anticarcinogenic plants of Rajasthan based on folk lores, ethnobotanical , pharmacological and biochemical studies meant for more fruitful and directed future studies and projects. An up to date account of antioxidants, antimutagens, detoxicants anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, antimetasis and antiangiogenic plants has been given.
