SYNOPTIC ANALYSIS OF FABACEAE S.L. (LEGUMINOSAE) OF SOME REGIONS OF DISTRICT KATHUA (J & K), INDIA

Abstract: The present communication deals with documentation of members of family Fabaceae s.l.from some regions of district Kathua (Jammu and Kashmir, India). A total of 28 genera represented by 41 species have been reported classified and they are classified into 11 different tribes. This study is first of its kind as far as district Kathua is concerned.
